Overview
One Devin session, the model you pick with /model, acts as the lead. Otter Swarm hands bounded slices of work to specialist workers, each pinned to an exact model id, each with its own context and evidence trail. Planner, researcher, implementer, reviewer and more, with contracts, gates and run manifests so every run is auditable.
